COPYRIGHT AND LICENCING - HOW IT WORKS? 

All photographs are subject to copyright, and the copyright always belongs to the photographer (Artur Sikora).

Commissioning clients (architects, designers, developers, etc.) receive permission to use the photographs (licence) only for their own purposes.

The licence is non-commercial and it is in perpetuity only for the commissioning client.

If any third party wishes to use these photographs, they will have to contact the photographer (Artur Sikora) directly to discuss all terms and conditions along with making a separate payment according to requirements.

It is illegal to share photographs without the author's ( Artur Sikora - copyright holder) knowledge and permission.

Photographs should be clearly credited for all use cases.
